It happened out of the blue with some problems Google is having but it affected Hotmail too, which is rather strange. Now Outlook doesn’t receive or send any e-mails but Gmail itself is not receiving notifications from YouTube, although it does send e-mails and receives normal e-mails from gmail or Hotmail.
